Form and Fill Trays with Bottles

The Polypack TR-I tray former and filler with IL-24L tray wrapper is designed to form trays, load bottles, and then shrink wrap the finished tray pack for secure, retail-ready and distribution-ready packaging. In this integrated system, the TR-I forms the corrugated tray and loads the bottles into the proper pack pattern, then the IL-24L applies shrink film around the loaded tray and sends it through the shrink tunnel to create a tight, stable tray-wrapped bundle with bullseye openings on the sides.
