Compact Shrink Wrapper for Carton Boxes

In this configuration, cartons enter on the infeed conveyor and are staged into the desired pack pattern before being transferred into the wrapping section. The machine then uses its pusher-style bundling process to drive the product group through the film curtain, where film from the upper and lower film feeds forms a sleeve around the pack. The bundle passes through the seal bar assembly and into the shrink tunnel, where controlled heat tightens the film around the product group to create a consistent finished bullseye bundle.
