Tray Former & Shrink Wrapper for Bottles

The Polypack CPT all-in-one machine is designed to form trays, load bottles and shrink wrap the finished tray pack for retail-ready or distribution-ready packaging. In this configuration, bottles enter on the infeed conveyors and move through the staging mechanism, where they are configured into bundles. The machine then places the bottles onto cardboard blanks, forms and glues the trays around the product group, transfers the finished trays into the wrapping section and applies shrink film with the wrap arm system before carrying the pack through the shrink tunnel to create a consistent finished bundle.
